Visitors of "Rīgas satiksme" website use route maps

The results of the opinion poll held on "Rīgas satiksme" website www.rigassatiksme.lv in June show that 79% of the website users use route maps which are available next to route schedules.

When asked "Do you use route maps available on the website?", 39% of respondents answered that sometimes they do, but 40% said that they use the maps regularly. 3% of respondents did not know about the possibility of using route maps, and 19% did not need them so far. 1648 website visitors participated in the poll.

On the "Rīgas satiksme" website, one can see route maps in PDF format next to each type of "Rīgas satiksme" public transportation (trams, trolleybuses and buses) as well as in section Routes and times. The route maps show where each route goes and all its stops.
